D&B Receivables Intelligence powered by FIS GETPAID Release 2024.1.2 Dear Client, Dun & Bradstreet implements periodical upgrades and releases as part of our commitment to enhance the security, stability, and performance of our business products and services. In light of that, there is an upcoming D&B Receivables Intelligence powered by FIS GETPAID release, which is on track for: TEST environments on Friday, August 23, 2024 from 5pm ET to 11pm ET PROD environments on Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 6am ET to 10am ET This release is a service pack. No new feature functionality is being deployed in this release. Release Notes will be shared on or about Thursday, August 15th. Recommended Client Actions No testing script is being provided for this release. Users are encouraged to clear their cache and cookies, and check the basic functionality and appearance of their D&B Receivables Intelligence product. Should you identify an issue, please submit a ticket with D&B Support – www.service.dnb.com. SaaS Application Maintenance for Windows patching in PROD and TEST environments for September 2024 This notice is to inform you of the final Windows patching schedule for 2024. These individual events require downtime extending beyond the standard maintenance window of Saturday 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, as indicated on the Windows Patching Calendar. These dates correspond to the weekends following Microsoft Patch Tuesday, which is the second Tuesday of every month. Please see below for the scheduled PROD and TEST patching sessions. Note: Each scheduled maintenance period begins at 4:00pm ET on the indicated Saturdays and runs until 9:00am ET Sunday as further explained below. The December patching schedule is subject to change due to change control and freeze. September : Weekend 1 - Test - 9/14/2024 - 9/15/2024 Weekend 2 - Prod - 9/21/2024 - 9/22/2024 If you have any questions or need to report any issues, please submit a ticket via D&B Support. While we make every effort to notify our clients in advance, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to extend scheduled maintenance windows, or to perform unscheduled maintenance. Recommended Client Actions We recommend that users test access to their hosted applications the business day following maintenance activity. No additional action is required on the client’s side as part of this scheduled maintenance.
