D&B Finance Analytics transitioning to Google Cloud hosting platform D&B Finance Analytics will be transitioning to the Google Cloud hosting platform over the coming months. This change will enhance the product’s readability, accelerate deployment of new features, and improve the overall management of your D&B Finance Analytics experience. Over the past few months, we have rigorously tested the new platform and successfully transitioned over 150,000 users to the new hosting environment. Most customers will not need to take any action during this transition. However, customers with more complex configurations may need to update their systems to ensure a smooth transition. We will reach out with more details once we have more information regarding your scheduled transition date. SaaS Application Maintenance for Windows patching in PROD and TEST environments for December 2025 This notice is to inform you of the final Windows patching schedule for 2025. These individual events require downtime extending beyond the standard maintenance window of Saturday 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, as indicated on the Windows Patching Calendar. These dates correspond to the weekends following Microsoft Patch Tuesday, which is the second Tuesday of every month. Please see below for the scheduled PROD and TEST patching sessions. Note: Each scheduled maintenance period begins at 4:00pm ET on the indicated Saturdays and runs until 9:00am ET Sunday as further explained below. The December patching schedule is subject to change due to change control and freeze. December : Weekend 1 - Test - 12/13/2025 - 12/14/2025 Weekend 2 - Prod - 12/20/2025 - 12/21/2025 If you have any questions or need to report any issues, please submit a ticket via D&B Support. While we make every effort to notify our clients in advance, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to extend scheduled maintenance windows, or to perform unscheduled maintenance. Recommended Client Actions We recommend that users test access to their hosted applications the business day following maintenance activity. No additional action is required on the client’s side as part of this scheduled maintenance. D&B Risk Analytics SSL Certificate Update – New Date - January 29, 2026 To help ensure the most secure protocols are used to protect our clients’ data, Dun & Bradstreet renews our SSL Certificate every year. To that end, Dun & Bradstreet will update the SSL Certificate for D&B Risk Analytics APIs on January 29, 2026 at 10:00 PM ET. Please share this notice with your technical contact who can determine if changes will be needed for your application. If your organization does not import or pin the Dun & Bradstreet server certificate or intermediate certificates, no further action is required. If your organization is pinning the Dun & Bradstreet server or intermediate certificate, you will need to import the new certificates by 10:00 PM ET on January 29, 2025 to avoid connectivity issues and to ensure continued access to the application. Please submit a technical support case at https://service.dnb.com to obtain the new certificate. The certificates are provided in .txt format. Please convert each file back to the .pem file type (rename the file extension from .txt to .pem) and then work with your IT team to install the new certificates.
