D&B Finance Analytics transitioning to Google Cloud hosting platform D&B Finance Analytics will be transitioning to the Google Cloud hosting platform over the coming months. This change will enhance the product’s readability, accelerate deployment of new features, and improve the overall management of your D&B Finance Analytics experience. Over the past few months, we have rigorously tested the new platform and successfully transitioned over 150,000 users to the new hosting environment. Most customers will not need to take any action during this transition. However, customers with more complex configurations may need to update their systems to ensure a smooth transition. We will reach out with more details once we have more information regarding your scheduled transition date. Subject: COMPLETED - Important D&B Direct+ API Update: Edge Capability Enhancements – April 23rd, 2026 D&B Direct+ API Important: The certificate chain will transition from DigiCert to Sectigo on the 23rd April 2026. Please ensure Sectigo is trusted in your trust store. We had to revert the change on the original planned date of April 18th and will implement the change on April 23rd 11 PM EST. Dun & Bradstreet is committed to continually enhancing our products to ensure the best possible user experience. As part of this commitment, we will be performing edge capability enhancements for D&B Direct+ API on April 23, 2026 at 11PM ET. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted transition, please review and complete the actions outlined below: Server Certificate Update (If Applicable) If your systems store Dun & Bradstreet’s server, intermediate, or root certificates within your certificate or trust store, please update to the latest certificate by April 23, 2026 11 PM ET. To obtain the updated certificate, please contact Customer Support. IP Whitelisting Guidance (If Applicable) Whitelisting based on static IP addresses is not recommended. We recommend whitelisting using the fully qualified domain name (FQDN): plus.dnb.com If whitelisting by FQDN is not feasible and your environment requires the use of static IP addresses, please contact Customer Support to request the static IP list. PreProduction Testing (Optional) For any pre-production testing needs, please contact your technology implementation partner or Customer Support. In light of that, there is an upcoming D&B Receivables Intelligence powered by FIS GETPAID release, which is on track for: • TEST environments on Saturday, May 02, 2026 from 1am ET to 11am ET • PROD environments on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 1am ET to 11am ET Environments will be inaccessible during the respective scheduled time. This release will include minor improvements; no new feature functionality. Release Notes will be published on or about May 01st. Recommended Client Actions No testing script is being provided for this release. Users are encouraged to clear their cache and cookies, and to check the basic functionality and appearance of their D&B Receivables Intelligence product. SaaS Application Maintenance for Windows patching in PROD and TEST environments for May 2026 This notice is to inform you of the final Windows patching schedule for 2026. These individual events require downtime extending beyond the standard maintenance window of Saturday 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, as indicated on the Windows Patching Calendar. These dates correspond to the weekends following Microsoft Patch Tuesday, which is the second Tuesday of every month. Please see below for the scheduled PROD and TEST patching sessions. Note: Each scheduled maintenance period begins at 4:00pm ET on the indicated Saturdays and runs until 9:00am ET Sunday as further explained below. The December patching schedule is subject to change due to change control and freeze. May: Weekend 1 - Test – 05/16/2026 - 05/17/2026 Weekend 2 – Production - 05/23/2026 - 05/24/2026 If you have any questions or need to report any issues, please submit a ticket via D&B Support. While we make every effort to notify our clients in advance, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to extend scheduled maintenance windows, or to perform unscheduled maintenance. Recommended Client Actions We recommend that users test access to their hosted applications the business day following maintenance activity.
