D&B Direct+ Security Upgrade starting
11pm EDT, September 11th, 2025
Dun & Bradstreet continues to enhance the security of its solutions, and as a result, it is updating the SSL Certificate by 11:00 pm EDT, September 11th for Direct+ solution (https://plus.dnb.com).
What this means:
If you are currently pinning the DUN & Bradstreet server certificate or immediate certificate, you will need to import the new certificate by 11pm EDT September 11th, 2025 to avoid connectivity issues. If you do not import or pin the DUN & Bradstreet server certificate or intermediate certificate, no action is required.
The new certificate is available on request.
What you need to know:
Failure to renew or update the SSL Certificate may result in a service disruption.
