D&B Finance Analytics transitioning to Google Cloud hosting platform D&B Finance Analytics will be transitioning to the Google Cloud hosting platform over the coming months. This change will enhance the product’s readability, accelerate deployment of new features, and improve the overall management of your D&B Finance Analytics experience. Over the past few months, we have rigorously tested the new platform and successfully transitioned over 150,000 users to the new hosting environment. Most customers will not need to take any action during this transition. However, customers with more complex configurations may need to update their systems to ensure a smooth transition. We will reach out with more details once we have more information regarding your scheduled transition date. In light of that, there is an upcoming D&B Receivables Intelligence powered by FIS GETPAID release, which is on track for: • TEST environments on Saturday, October 11, 2025 from 12am ET to 8am ET • PROD environments on Saturday, November 08, 2025 from 12am ET to 8am ET Environments will be inaccessible during the respective scheduled time. This release will include minor improvements; no new feature functionality. Release Notes will be published on or about October 10th. To that end, Dun & Bradstreet will update the SSL Certificate for D&B Finance Analytics Credit Intelligence on November 14, 2025 at 9 PM ET. Please share this notice with your technical contact who can determine if changes will be needed for your application. If your organization does not import or pin the Dun & Bradstreet root, server, or intermediate certificates, no further action is required. If your organization is pinning the Dun & Bradstreet root, server, or intermediate certificate, you will need to import the new certificate by 9 PM ET on November 14, 2025 to avoid connectivity issues and to ensure continued access to the application. SaaS Application Maintenance for Windows patching in PROD and TEST environments for November 2025 This notice is to inform you of the final Windows patching schedule for 2025. These individual events require downtime extending beyond the standard maintenance window of Saturday 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, as indicated on the Windows Patching Calendar. These dates correspond to the weekends following Microsoft Patch Tuesday, which is the second Tuesday of every month. Please see below for the scheduled PROD and TEST patching sessions. Note: Each scheduled maintenance period begins at 4:00pm ET on the indicated Saturdays and runs until 9:00am ET Sunday as further explained below. The December patching schedule is subject to change due to change control and freeze. November : Weekend 1 - Test - 11/15/2025 - 11/16/2025 Weekend 2 - Prod - 11/22/2025 - 11/23/2025 If you have any questions or need to report any issues, please submit a ticket via D&B Support.
