Description

D&B Finance Analytics transitioning to Google Cloud hosting platform D&B Finance Analytics will be transitioning to the Google Cloud hosting platform over the coming months. This change will enhance the product’s readability, accelerate deployment of new features, and improve the overall management of your D&B Finance Analytics experience. Over the past few months, we have rigorously tested the new platform and successfully transitioned over 150,000 users to the new hosting environment. Most customers will not need to take any action during this transition. However, customers with more complex configurations may need to update their systems to ensure a smooth transition. We will reach out with more details once we have more information regarding your scheduled transition date. D&B Direct+ Security Upgrade starting 11pm EDT, September 11th, 2025 Dun & Bradstreet continues to enhance the security of its solutions, and as a result, it is updating the SSL Certificate by 11:00 pm EDT, September 11th for Direct+ solution (https://plus.dnb.com). What this means: If you are currently pinning the DUN & Bradstreet server certificate or immediate certificate, you will need to import the new certificate by 11pm EDT September 11th, 2025 to avoid connectivity issues. If you do not import or pin the DUN & Bradstreet server certificate or intermediate certificate, no action is required. The new certificate is available on request. What you need to know: Failure to renew or update the SSL Certificate may result in a service disruption. Who to Contact? SaaS Application Maintenance for Windows patching in PROD and TEST environments for September 2025 This notice is to inform you of the final Windows patching schedule for 2025. These individual events require downtime extending beyond the standard maintenance window of Saturday 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, as indicated on the Windows Patching Calendar. These dates correspond to the weekends following Microsoft Patch Tuesday, which is the second Tuesday of every month. Please see below for the scheduled PROD and TEST patching sessions. Note: Each scheduled maintenance period begins at 4:00pm ET on the indicated Saturdays and runs until 9:00am ET Sunday as further explained below. The December patching schedule is subject to change due to change control and freeze. September : Weekend 1 - Test - 09/13/2025 - 09/14/2025 Weekend 2 - Prod - 09/20/2025 - 09/21/2025 If you have any questions or need to report any issues, please submit a ticket via D&B Support. While we make every effort to notify our clients in advance, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to extend scheduled maintenance windows, or to perform unscheduled maintenance.
